Returns & Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident signing up for Main Street Presence. This policy explains what is refundable, what isn't, and how to ask for a refund.
Setup fee (one-time)
The one-time setup fee covers the work of generating and launching your website. If you change your mind:
- Before your page is published — we'll refund the setup fee in full. Email us within 7 days of sign-up.
- After your page is published — the setup fee is non-refundable. The work it covered has been done.
Monthly subscription
The monthly subscription is month-to-month with no contract. You can cancel any time from your dashboard or by contacting us:
- Cancelling stops future billing
- Your website stays live through the end of the current paid month
- We do not pro-rate refunds for partial months
If a charge is processed in error — for example, after a cancellation that should have been honored — email us and we will investigate and refund as appropriate.
Domain registration
If you purchased a custom domain through the claim flow, the domain registration fee is paid to a third-party registrar and is non-refundable once the domain is registered. You will own the domain and can transfer it elsewhere if you cancel.
How to request a refund
Email support@getbusinessweb.com with:
- The email address on your account
- The charge in question (date and amount)
- A brief reason for the request
We respond within 5 business days.
Chargebacks
If you believe a charge is wrong, please contact us first — chargebacks are a costly process for both sides. We aim to resolve refund requests quickly and fairly.
Updates
If we change this policy, the Effective date above will be updated.
